Aura Centre House Rules

•  Upon entering Aura Centre, buy a ticket from the ticket office and preserve it until the end of your visit.
•  By buying a ticket, all visitors of the centre certify that they have sufficient physical abilities, skills and health to use the services provided in the centre. Adults accompanying children bear liability for their skill and health.
•  Wear the key wristband in a visible place throughout your visit to the centre. Do not exchange the wristband. Blue wristband - swimming pool
Yellow wristband - water park and swimming pool
Green wristband - health club, water park and swimming pool
Do not leave Aura Centre with the wristband.
•  Follow the colour of your wristband and the colours of the signs. They help guide you to the right places.
•  Keep your box and locker key carefully. Return them upon exit. For lost keys, you must pay 500 kroons compensation.
•  Follow the signs in the centre.
•  If you have any questions or problems, address the service personnel - they are there to help you.
•  Do not run in the facility, because running on a wet floor will endanger your health as well as that of other visitors.
•  Wash yourself before and after going to the pool.
•  Wearing swimming clothes is obligatory for all swimmers, including small children. It is wise to use traditional bathing suits and trunks. Do not wear shorts that are not designed for swimming.
•  Choose your swimming place or attraction pursuant to you abilities and health and keep your activities under control. Have regard for other visitors and be considerate of children.
•  If necessary, one can use swimming aids, which can be requested from the instructor.
•  Use the equipment of the swimming pool in a prudent manner and put them back in their place after use.
•  In the big pool, follow the marking of the lanes. Be careful about practice and group hours and do not swim in their lanes.
•  While swimming in the lanes, follow the right-hand traffic principle.
•  Swimming is an individual activity - do not cling to other swimmers, do not pull or push them.
•  Sitting and standing on lane boundaries is prohibited.
•  Diving is permitted only in the large pool. One is allowed to dive headfirst from the start trestles only, and feet first in swimming lanes. Figure jumps are prohibited. Do not jump into water in the children's pool and the water park.
•  After swimming, dry yourself before entering the dressing room.
•  We recommend that you go to the sauna without wearing swimming clothes. Throw water only on dry and heated stones and do it sparsely, having regard for other people.
•  Upon exit, return all rented items and do not leave them in the dressing room.
•  Aura Centre does not bear liability for items left in the dressing room and elsewhere in the facility or for bathing clothes ruined in the Centre.
•  It is prohibited to take food or glass bottles to Aura Centre.
•  Smoking and consumption of strong alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in Aura Centre.
•  Upon violation of the rules and recommendations, the service personnel have the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the validity of the ticket.
•  Children under 5 can visit the centre free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult.
•  Children under 10 cannot enter the centre without being accompanied by an adult.
•  Aura Centre is not responsible for damaged swimsuits
•  Ticket sales finish half an hour before closing.
•  Relevant comments and suggestions are always welcome.
