Rules of conduct for visitors of the Aura Centre during the COVID-19 outbreak

COVID-19 is an infectious disease that spreads via respiratory droplets. To prevent the spread of the virus and to prevent getting sick, please follow the rules below:

  • Visit the Aura Centre in good health.
  • Visitors who suffer from symptoms of illness (cough, runny nose, etc.) are not allowed in the centre.
  • Employees of the Aura Centre have the right to ask visitors with symptoms to leave the premises without refunding the ticket.
  • Anyone arriving from a high-risk country must self-isolate for 14 days and not visit Aura Water Centre. (Infection rate of 100 000 people is found on Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.)
  • Keep distance from other customers.
  • When choosing a locker, pick one that has no other visitors nearby.
  • Use the locker room and shower room purposefully and be as quick as possible.
  • If you notice that there are a lot of people in the locker room, find a place to wait or do other activities and come back later.
  • When using services, follow the information signs and notices.
  • Use a towel or paper sauna towel for sitting in a sauna.
  • Wash or disinfect your hands after touching frequently used surfaces (e.g. door handles).
  • If you notice a violation of the precautionary rules by another visitor, please draw their attention to it and notify an employee of the centre.
  • The centre does not keep lost items of visitors during the COVID-19 outbreak; to prevent the virus from spreading, all lost items are thrown away at the end of the day.
